Green Bay Packers 2021 Rollercoaster

I know it has been way too long since I have posted a new post.

Life. Busy. Brain cramps and/or farts.

Anyways, there has been enough news over the "off" season for my favorite team: The Green Bay Packers.

Reigning NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers was being cryptic about his relationship going forward. Word started leaking out on Day 1 of the NFL Draft and some rumors of him being traded to either the San Francisco 49ers or the Denver Broncos proved to be false. Woody Paige in Denver still won't shut up about the possibility. You would think that Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater would have a problem with that. Late last night (July 26th), Rodgers arrived at Austin Straubel on a private jet. He arrived at Lambeau Field this morning so that's a big relief.

Davante Adams, who will be an unrestricted free agent after 2021, broke off contract talks with the Packers last week. Adams and Rodgers are tied at the hip. Time will tell if the Packers can extend Adams's contract after the ink dries on Rodgers's renegotiated deal.

Some rumors started firing up about former Packers WR Randall Cobb possibly getting traded from the Houston Texans back to the Packers. I'm thinking this would have to involve a third team to be realistic. My reasoning is the Texans really need to move QB Deshaun Watson also.

That's it for now. GO PACK GO!
