In March, Time Warner Cable (at least in SE Wisconsin) added truTV in high definition to their channel lineups. This seems to only be for the duration of the NCAA men's basketball tournament, since the HD feed has disappeared from the lineup.
Why didn't TWC say that it was temporary? I am getting really frustrated with TWC (satellite and AT&T U-verse are not an option in my situation).
