1. QB Jay Cutler
2. 2009 fifth round draft pick (#140 overall)
   

Denver Broncos receive:

1. QB Kyle Orton
2. 2009 first round draft pick (#18 overall)
   
3. 2009 third round draft pick (#84 overall)
   
4. 2010 first round draft pick

Not good for the Packers (unless Cutler cries some more in Chicago).
